Our Story
Desert River Event Rentals was founded in January 2004 by Dutch nationals Claudia van der Werf and Michiel Schröeder. Both had extensive experience with international five-star hotel chains prior to landing in Dubai and fell in love with the dynamic and progressive desert city.
Many years later, Desert River is still thriving and has many loyal customers. We have been part of some of the most spectacular events in the region in the past years and have built a solid team of super friendly professionals.
Our focus is on quality sustainable furniture & lighting, and we always look for contemporary and original pieces to add to our portfolio.
